We are once again offering our hand cut beef Prime Rib and Tenderloin skillfully cut to order for Christmas and New Year’s. Your choice of bone-in or boneless Prime Rib and Tenderloin trimmed & tied whole or cut to your specs can be ordered online or by calling the market.   • Bone-In Beef Prime Rib - $24.5/lb

  • Whole Beef Tenderloin Cut Your Way - $30/lb

  • Bone-In Spiral Sliced Ham - $5.99/lb

  • Bone-In Uncut Ham -$5.5/lb

Suggested serving portions to

  • Boneless Prime Rib - 12oz of raw product per person.

  • Bone-In Prime Rib - 1 bone typically feeds 2-3 people.

  • A whole beef Tenderloin can typically feed 8-10 people.

  • Whole and half hams available for order. A half ham will 8-10lbs. Whole hams will weigh 16-20lbs. Plan for 10-12oz raw product per person.

These portions will give you approximatly 8oz serving portions of edible product once cooked. We like to think you know your party better than we do, if you have big eaters, plan for them. No one wants to run out of food during the Holidays.

-We pull the meats fresh out of our meat case. Package them in small, convenient portion sizes.

-We put all packs in freezer after assembly

-You pick up and enjoy a freezer full of delicious and healthy fresh meats for the whole family!
